Terms of Service

Creative Nexus provides an AI-native SEO, AEO, and GEO platform: website audits, technical fixes, rank tracking, AI-visibility monitoring, keyword and content tools, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Paid plans (including the Agency plan) are billed on a recurring subscription basis via our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted; applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added. Prices may change with prior notice, effective from your next renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights; auditing or scraping sites you are not authorized to analyze; attempting to breach security or rate limits; reselling the Service without authorization; or uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

The Service uses AI to generate audits, recommendations, metadata, schema, and content. Output may contain errors and is provided for your review, you are responsible for verifying and for how you use it. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, citation, or business result.

You retain ownership of the domains, content, and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and checklists, is owned by Creative Nexus and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it per these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g. payment processing, AI models, search data, hosting). Your use of those may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
