Shipping & Delivery Policy

Creative Nexus provides digital software services. There is no physical shipment, this policy explains how and when access is delivered.

1. Digital delivery

All Creative Nexus products are delivered electronically through your online account at seo.creativenexus.in. No physical goods are shipped.

2. When access is delivered

Free features are available immediately on sign-up. For paid plans, access to the corresponding features is activated automatically upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (Razorpay), typically within a few minutes. If access is not enabled shortly after a successful payment, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Service outputs

Audits, reports, generated content, and other outputs are produced within the app and available to view, copy, or export from your dashboard. Some AI-generated tasks may take up to a couple of minutes to complete.
