Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans (including the Agency plan) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each billing cycle via Razorpay. Access to paid features continues for the period you have paid for.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@creativenexus.in. Cancellation stops future renewals, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which the account reverts to the free tier. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remaining days of a cycle on cancellation.

Because the Service delivers digital features and AI-generated work immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as: a duplicate or erroneous charge; a documented, unresolved technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for a substantial part of the cycle; or where required by applicable law.

Email info@creativenexus.in within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the transaction/invoice ID, and the reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days and, where approved, to process refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Timelines may vary by bank/card issuer.

Free features and any free trial are provided without charge and are not eligible for refunds.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly, this is usually faster than a chargeback.
