Page Factory: programmatic SEO pages
One title pattern plus a data list becomes a family of full articles, drafted first and dripped daily.
8 min read Intermediate
The Page Factory is for page families that share a shape but differ by one or two variables: per-industry guides, per-city service pages, tool comparisons. Each row of your dataset becomes a complete article through the same writer as the Content Engine, humanized, with FAQ schema, so pages never read templated.
Create a template
- 1Open Content Writer, Page Factory in the sidebar and click New template.
- 2Write a title pattern and a target-query pattern using {variables}, e.g. SEO Checklist for {industry} Teams.
- 3Paste your dataset as CSV: the first line names the columns (industry, city, ...), each following line is one page. Up to 200 rows; exact duplicate rows are dropped.
- 4Check the live preview of the first titles, set the drip speed (default 3 pages per day), and create.
How pages are produced
- Generate 2 now drafts the first pages immediately; the overnight drip drafts the rest at your per-day pace.
- Every page gets a row-specific angle, a deduplicated slug, and internal links to your sitemap plus already-published sibling pages.
- Pages draft first. Publish is a per-page button that creates a CMS draft through your connected CMS, same as any article.
- Pause a template any time; pending rows just wait.
Keep the drip slow. Publishing a large batch of similar pages at once is a classic spam signal; a steady few per day reads like a real editorial calendar.
